Brian Johnson is the founder of Clarity Consulting, Inc. and created The Special Needs Plan to help families organize the financial and future planning decisions that come with navigating disability-related benefits and long-term support systems.

With over 24 years of experience in finance and planning, Brian helps families organize complex systems including public benefits, employment decisions, financial planning, and long-term support planning.

Brian completed the coursework for the Chartered Special Needs Consultant program and is a graduate of Minnesota’s Partners in Policymaking leadership program.

Brian works with families across Minnesota and speaks regularly on topics related to disability benefits, employment planning, and long-term financial planning.
